The Spot Is…

*Continuance of “My Story” starting with Blog #1: When your life flashes before your eyes in a flood gate of memories…

I started taking fiber 1/2 hour after I awoke each morning as Dr. Jack had recommended on our last phone consult.  The first five days were difficult because I became bloated, feeling sick.  After those five days, my body reacted less severely to the fiber.  During this time, I also started taking Dr. Jack’s the supplements daily and the “remedy” to improve my gut and brain connection so that I could have a bowel movement on my own.  (The remedy would always come in the mail first after our monthly phone consults, then the supplements would arrive shortly after.)

At this time, the biofilms were getting to be nearly none exsistant, and so were the pellets!  I’d get some of each every couple days, but that was it!  I was still doing daily coffee enemas, although I had a physical desire to have a bowel movement on my own. Still, though, I was unable to.  My abdomen didn’t hurt as much after eating.  I wasn’t getting nearly as many headaches.  The hot and cold sweats came only when I was feeling really ill and I’d get fevers, which was ‘normal’ for me based upon the last few years.  I was having less days of feeling sick, which was great!  I continued to wake up between 12:45-3am due to the abdominal pain, when my liver was working to digest, trying to push out the toxins built up in my body with extra help from the supplements.  I averaged between 6-8 hours of sleep per night.  I averaged 1-2 nights per month that I could sleep between 8-10 hours, one of those being when I’d when I had gotten a massage from Laurie(thank you!).

JE February 6th, 2016

Had a massage from Laurie today.  As I got off the table, the thought went through my head, “I wonder if this is what it feels like to feel ‘normal… besides my deep dull achy pain spot in my left side?”  I look forward to the day that I can feel healthy and well, without pain and symptoms.  Thank you for this journey Papa God, I know you are constantly making good out of ALL of it.  I trust you.  Let the healing happen in your time as you see fit.  Set me free Papa.

1My digestive system was starting to make some big and subtle shifts near the end of January into the beginning of February.  The deep burning spot in the left side on my abdomen was much smaller in total area.  It no longer extended the length of my Pancreas, but now burned in one small area just to the left of the middle of my body under the ribs, straight thru into my back.  In the back, it was located just to the left of my spine, about a 1-2” spot that burned, itching deeply inside my core.  The spot was diminishing as I continued to detoxify my body.

As you’ve read thus far, Coffee Enemas were a huge part of the detoxification process for me, my daily best friend.  So, I’d just like to share a little about CE’s history without boring you!

Coffee enemas have been around since the early 1900s.  Max Gerson first started using coffee enemas for his patients suffering from tuberculosis.  Later he used them for his cancer patients.  Coffee enema therapy is often referred to as “The Gerson Therapy”.  Dr. Gerson addressed two of the biggest and most influential factors in illness; Nutritional Deficiency and Toxicity.  He used raw fresh juices to address the nutritional deficiencies and coffee enemas were used to force toxins out of the patients tissues.  In turn, it helped to cleanse and support the liver so that it could eliminate toxins properly.  Dr. Gerson understood that when the liver gets overloaded, then toxins are continually getting released into the body.  Coffee enemas were the proper support that the liver (and gallbladder) needed for the detoxification process to start.

Years later Dr. William Kelley learned the importance of coffee enemas from Dr. Gerson. Dr. Kelley started using coffee enemas for himself when he found out he had pancreatic cancer in 1969.  He too saw the importance of coffee enemas, and continued to use them for his cancer patients.

I’d done a few hundred coffee enemas since Mom and I’d started GTin5.  Coffee enemas LITERALLY saved my life.  It didn’t matter how many enemas it was going to take until I got all the toxic junk out of my body, because with the help of coffee enemas… I was alive.  Mom and I have never thought of “morning coffee” the same again, as most people refer to their “morning coffee”.  The smell of coffee is Mom’s favorite aroma, although she doesn’t drink it.  Nor do I, but I cannot say it’s on my list of “favorite aromas”! 😉

I’d a deep knowing for a length of months now, that the day would come when I “would know without a doubt in my mind that I would no longer need to do coffee enemas”.  I told Mom that more than once, that my body would know when to discontinue CEs.  My body would one day be free from the toxins and biofilms, and then I’d be able to have bowel movements on my own.  My organs would be able to keep up with the detoxification process and my body would begin to function as it was meant to.  I patiently awaited that day, doing everything I could, doing my part in this healing process.  I felt a deep knowing in my heart that things were changing for the better and that it wasn’t going to be too much longer before I was out of the woods…
