Adversity has taught me much in my 55+ years of living!
Arthur Golden said, "ADVERSITY is like a strong wind. It tears at us and pulls everything off until what's left is what we really are."
Still standing, I've lived long enough to know a few things, one being I have so much more to learn! Also, the school of life being such a great teacher, I have something to offer just as each one of us do.
My positions at Helping Hands are as the "Receptionist" part-time and as a "Mind Body Eating Coach"... an area I have GREAT interest in as an "Eater" myself! I am fascinated with eaters! The Mind Body Eating Coach work I bring to the table involves the realm of health, nutrition, eating psychology, relationship with food, and helping people optimize as human beings when it comes to food nutrition and their relationship with food.
I'm the mother of 2 children in their prince training for king and princess training for queen... meaning aged somewhere between late twenties and early thirties. I've been married to my husband Darren for 30+ years, making us eligible for "senior pricing" AND king and queen-hood by archetypal standards!
I enjoy the 3 R's x 2 = Reading, Relaxing, Refurbishing old, worn out items, Relationships, Rocks and hounding for agates, and immensely enjoy Rhythm of seasons, music, and art in most every form, writing being my favorite with music in a close second. Stories very much intrigue me. I love to hear people's real life stories, which is also a BIG part of the work I'll be doing as a Mind Body Eating Coach! Every life has a story written all over it! I look forward to serving people in the field of health and care for the bodily vessels done in all-natural, holistic ways of healing.
